Located on the exclusive beach of Manantiales the building The Colette is implanted on the shores of the sea in a unique village in Punta del Este.

The set is divided into four sections of different heights, articulated together by large planted courtyards.

The volumetry is staggered, respecting the scale of the neighboring housesgrowing in height as it moves away from them, avoiding the visual impact of a single volume.

Development has various external common sectors. To the front, swimming poolpark protected from the prevailing winds. To the sea, common planted terraces with living spacesexceptional views.

The 46 luxury departments that make up the set are divided into 21 plant typologies ranging from 200 to 600 square meters of surface. All of them with private palletssea view.

In the subsoil were located garages of wide proportionsspacious bauleras. The building also has an indoor pool, a gyma spa.

The materials chosen for the exterior finishes were the concrete at sight, the woodthe local stone.
